Im Losing It!

Okay this is my first blog ever.So here goes.

I have been on a weight loss journey for 10 weeks now.Im doing it through weight watchers.My starting weight was 312.4.I am now down to 267.8.A total loss of 44.6 lbs.WOW!!!:)Never thought I would do this again.But I am and I'm here to write about it.


My Weight Loss through 10 weeks:

Week 1 Weight 312.4
2 -11 lbs
3 -4.8
4 - 4.7
5 -3.6
6 -4.8
7 -3.8 10% goal of 31 lbs
8 -4.2
9-4.2
10-3.8

Well there ya have it!My weight loss so far.Im realy doing this for myself to keep myself on track and mainly out of bordom.

I did Weight Watchers befor back in my early 20's.Lost a little over 200lbs.From almost 360 to about 155.Too skinny for me.People told me so.I got in to this trap of bing eating and using other methods of keeping my weight off.I just got fed up stoped the whole thing and went up from there.But thats not going to happen this time.Oh no!!!!

I dont realy have a big goal yet.I would like to grt down to about 235 for now.About 23 more lbs.and just go from there.
